THE BRAND'S BACKGROUND BEGAN IN 2010

Bulls of the best beef breeds Black Angus and Hereford were first brought to Akmola region from the USA.

The brand is based on a special approach to breeding, farming and fattening animals. This is facilitated by the fact that the company is vertically integrated -- careful control at every stage from the cultivation of feed components to finished products on the counter.

As part of the FSSC 22000 certification, the company undergoes an annual international audit of food safety management, and the staff undergoes appropriate training.

ANIMAL HEALTH PROMOTES A HEALTHY OUTCOME

Kazbeef cooperates with world market leaders at different stages of production. In terms of feedlots, the company consults and monitors together with the best veterinarians and nutritionists from Canada as part of Feedlot Health Management Service (FHMS).

Feedlot Health Management Service is the leader in consulting industry and feedlot research. The company annually works with more than 4 million livestock of cattle around the world. It consists of a team of specialists in management, veterinary medicine and animal health research.

Software developed by FHMS for feedlots allows staff to quickly and efficiently track animal health indicators (such as prevention, detection and the treatment of diseases).

Also, an automated feed analysis laboratory has been installed, which in less than a minute gives a clear analysis of the following variables: moisture, protein, fiber, ash, starch, and sugar. Data helps to maintain a balanced diet of animals, which is reflected in the quality and taste of meat.

Feed Production

Our own cropland is the first step in the production of premium marbled beef. We raise grain feed components for animals on our own croplands in an unpolluted area of Northern Kazakhstan -- Zerenda. Since 2016, we have been regularly carrying out soil analysis and satellite monitoring of fields on NDVI vegetation andmoisture reserves, resulting in a number of positive temperatures and other data that will be used for precision farming.

PEDIGREE BREEDING UNIT

Also, being a large company, we annually sell breeding bulls and heifers throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan to improve the genetics of cattle.
